The event was launched yesterday evening and the publisher was banned today by police officers Tirana.
Henry Cili was initially held an hour at the Tirana Directorate and then at the General Directorate. His arrest was not made on behalf of Tirana, as investigations are being conducted on behalf of another town, which is not yet disclosed.
