Haradinaj for salaries: Deceit course on the streets, fraud in institutions

Former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj says Albin Kurti is bringing the fraudulent road lynx to institutions as well. He says the decision on wages has been voted in Parliament and is being considered by the Constitutional Court.

So writes Haradinaj:

The deceptive horror brought from the road is now continuing into institutions, manifesting itself through unnecessary popular actions, which in reality bring no effective change.

Such is the decision on wages, which is subordination to the Law on Salaries and Public Sectors, already voted by the Kosovo Parliament, and currently found for consideration at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo.

The lowering of the salaries of today's Cabinet is a completely meaningless political action when it is now known that in a few days, the final act of the Constitutional Court regarding the Law regulating not only the salaries of this cabinet, but the future ones, and that the salaries will come to everyone even this month. Today's ordiner fraud is made for portal titles to gain some quick political points at the expense of the country's fundamental constitutional principle.

Thus, within just a week of ruling, a new and undemocratic standard of disrespecting the Constitutional Court was established as the ultimate authority of determining the compliance of laws with the Constitution.

The normal government would suspend all actions (including political ones) on the subject, and would respectfully wait until the Constitutional Court's final decision.
