This table aims to discuss a possible property process, which is considered to be inevitable to ensure integrity and independence in Kosovo's justice system.
The GLPS considers that a proper property process aimed at verifying integrity and ethics that all officials; their professional skills and preparation; the proximity to criminal or partisan circles of these officials remains the only form of getting out of the system those who have been through the contested past, or even are directly involved in corrupts, and have puzzled their integrity during the exercise of office.
Early on discussion, G The LPS will reveal some of the fundamental principles on which we think the property process will have to be built and will provide a number of proposals that will serve as guides to start designing this process by relevant institutions in the Republic of Kosovo.
In addition, panelists will be invited to discuss these proposals, challenges and future actions, which would ensure a creditable process of identifying the justice system in Kosovo.
The panels are Kosovo Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, Kosovo Judiciary Council leader Skender Cocaj and Kosovo Prosecutorial Council leader Bahri Hyseni.
