In the joint telephone conversation, Erdogan expressed condolences to victims of the racist attack in the German town of Hanau, condemning such attacks, motivated by xenophobia, racism and Islamophobia.
He also stressed that it is necessary to prevent aggression of Syrian regime forces and its allies, and to offer strong support in preventing the humanitarian crisis.
Erdogan added that co-operation is needed so peace, stability and prosperity can be established in Libya.
