Through a Facebook post, the US Embassy said that there are people in Kosovo who have made the difference like Rosa Parks in the United States.
“Vasfije Krasniqi Goodman decided to reject the unfair stigma facing survivors of the sex violence of war. It defended itself and all other survivors of sexual violence during wartime”, said the embassy's post.
In this post, the invitation of Sparks and Goodman is highly appreciated.
“Sparks and Goodman show that a courageous person can make changes in the lives of many. Let's celebrate Rosa Park's changing bravery during the Black History Month and be inspired by her and Vasfije Krasniqi Goodman throughout the year. Kosovo is your home. How can you act to make your community a better place for all”, writes in posting the US Embassy in Kosovo.
We remember that Rosa Parks was a human rights activist named by the U.S. Congress as the first civil rights <x0...) zone.
On December 1, 1955, in Montgomery, Alabama, Parks refused the command of a bus driver to release its seat from “ - color selection” for a white passenger, since it had been completed the section where only white ones sat.
