Economist Mustafa says Reciprocity does not exclude Taksa 100%

Taxa has been set up at a time when Serbia has committed indecent acts towards Kosovo, so if Serbia is willing to take action against Kosovo, I think tax should be lifted or suspended for a while, Mustafa concludes.
