The areas where they currently have no electricity are Peja, Prizren, Gjakova, Pristina and Mitrovica.

This resulted from heavy rainfall and winds at 50 miles per hour [80 km] that have caused considerable damage.

“The storm has caused a great number of decay.
KEDS reports that as a consequence of powerful winds, dozens of collapses have been caused in the distributive power grid throughout Kosovo. As a result, over 100,000 consumers are currently without electricity. The most infected area is the Dukagjini region, which includes Peja, Prizren and Gjakova, but the number of violations has also been marked in Pristina and Mitrovica. The KEDS team is on the ground, and even the company has immediately mobilised additional teams that are sneezing destruction at the shortest possible time. But stormy winds up to 50 miles per hour [80 km] have caused substantial damage, where many conveyors are on the ground until even a considerable number of pillars have been broken. This, along with overburdened weather conditions, is making intervention very difficult.
KEDS requires that if they see any abnormalities in the electrical network not be offered but that they immediately announce KEDS through communication channels, especially in the number of calls 0800 791 00.
Thank you very much.
