New Prime Minister Albin Kurti's warnings that the tax will replace it with reciprocity he calls fraud.
“Reciprocity more is the challenge of its own kind than it can be realised”, Haradinaj said at Pressing in T7.

Haradinaj has reminded Kurti that any action towards replacing the tax would be wrong until Serbia has changed the report with Kosovo.
Serbia is not seen to have changed its positions. We need to understand exactly why the tax is set. We have not imposed the tax solely because of past reports with Serbia, but after a tough campaign by Serbia towards Kosovo”, he stressed.
The MP denied that the tax has marred Kosovo's reports with the United States.
It's not true we broke our reports with friends. We have not imposed taxes on friends, we have imposed taxes on Serbia”, he said.
