Conjufca makes decisions on massive downloads, those are the names

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Glauk Konjufca today has made a decision on mass dismissals in this institution.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora's announcement, Konjufca has “made this decision on Enforcing Illegal Locations, contrary to Article 20 of Law No. 03 L-22 for the Kosovo Republic Foreign Service”.

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Mr. Glauk Konjufca relying on Article 93, (paragraph 4) of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, and according to Article 10,11 of Law No. 06/ L-13 for the organisation and operation of State Administration and Independent Agencies, Article 53 (paragraph 1) and Article 55 (paragraph 1 and 2) of Law No. 05 L-03 for the General Administratorial Procedure, Article 23 (paragraph 2), law No. 03L-122 for the Foreign Service of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as Article 8 (paragraph 1,4) of the 02/201 Adjust, for the Administrative Responsibility Fields of the Office of the Prime Minister and Ministers has taken this to heart
