Foreign Affairs Minister Glauk Konjufca has hosted his Albanian counterpart, Gent Cakaj. At a joint conference, Konjufca said relations between Albania and Kosovo are brotherly.
I love Gent, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Albania Cakaj, welcome to our Republic, your republic. Our reports with Albania cannot simply describe them as close, friendly, and simply brilliant, but they are beyond them, are brotherly reports. We have more obligations to each other than thanks”, Conjufca said.
Konjufca said it is necessary to deepen co-operation with Albania in terms of reached agreements and their implementation, Periscopi submits.
“As far as co-operation is concerned with agreements that have been reached so far that there are dozens, must be implemented, because they are in the implementation process. The upcoming meeting between the two governments will be held in Shkodra, will be held at the maximum commitment of the two ministries, which will be meeting with concrete agreements that will enter the path of impelent”, Konjufca said.
The chief, however, told Kosovo diplomacy that since tariffs have been set against Serbia, exchanges in terms of Albania in the direction of Kosovo have increased 300 per cent, but this has not happened in terms of Kosovo products towards Albania, what the need for change has been shown. /Periscopi/
