The first decision of this composition was to replace Kosovo Assembly deputies who became ministers.

Those who replaced five candidates are from the Vetevendosje (LVV) Movement, just as many from the ranks of the political subject the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) and one from Nova Democraticska Stranka.

CEC Chairman Valdete Daka has read the names of the new depuettes.

“From Vetevendosje Enver Haliti replaces Albin Kurtin; Alban Hyseni replaces Glauk Konjufka; Arta Bajralija replaces Albulen Haxhiun; Fitim Haziri replaces Arben Vitita and Eman Canmer replaces Hakki Abbasin”.

“From LDK: Hatim Bajzak replaces Anton Quinn; Fidan Recaliu replaces Lumir Abdixhik; Xavit Uka replaces Avdullah Hoti; Besa Gager replaces Hychemete Bajrami and Shkumbin Gashi replaces Bessian Mustaffen”.

“Nova Democraticska Stranka: Zichreta Aliti replaces Emily Redzepi”, Daka said.

Vetevendosje member in the CEC, Sami Kurteshi, has called for the replacement of Vetevendosje member from male to female, for deputies who have taken positions in Government.

“We have an issue that replaces according to Article 112 paragraph 2. Gender is the determining category for replacement, and the current experience of the CEC has been so. My research reveals that the letter of the law for general choice Article 12 is contrary to constitutional spirit and the” legislation.

The law requires legal equality. Any decision that would go according to the letter of the law and select a male candidate, even if in line with the will expressed by a woman, I think it's a serious violation”

Daka countered Kurteshi by saying that the member should be elected by votes rather than gender.

“Anyone who thinks it's wrong to address Constitutional Court”, Daka said.

By contrast, Arta Barajlia was in line to be an MP who was opposed to Kurteshi.
