The news has revealed the War Veterans' Organization in Dukagi.
Through a Facebook post, the KLA's OVL in Pec has suggested that the funeral ceremony will be held first in the center of town until 1500 hours.
Otherwise, former KLA member Qerim Kelmendi's body has been found without life signs and burned in his car Thursday in the early morning hours. For his murder, family members are pointing the finger at Serbian secret services. They have dismissed the allegations that Qerim may have witnessed the Special Court. President Hashim Thaci, Prime Minister Albin Kurti and former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj have reacted to the case.
