The company's Investment Statistics Survey, ASS, has developed it for the first time on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo in 2019. The poll has been conducted in companies that have declared investment purchases in many annual euros, broadcast kp.
After the results of this survey, investments in construction (building and other construction facilities) occupy the main share of investments (68.73%). Other investments, which occupy a considerable share, are in: machinery and equipment (21.32%); intellectual property products (3.98%); cultivated biological investments and greenhouses in agriculture (0.75%); and investments in vulnerable assets (5.23%). According to the size of companies: 36.7% of investments are made by micro companies (1-9 workers); 35.7% of investments in small enterprises (10-49 workers); 20.9% of investments in medium enterprises (50-249 workers); and 6.7% of investments in large enterprises (250+, workers). According to poll results, companies in Pristina region have realised the highest investment rate by 44.4 %; Ferizaj region with 16.5%; Pec region at 14%; Prizren region with 12.6%; Gjilan region at 8.8%; Gjakova region with 2.9%; and Mitrovica region at 0.8%<18x1>, the ASS communiqué says.
According to the source of investment funds, poll results show that 51.5% of investment value, companies have implemented it by their own funds; 21.6% from local bank loans; 19.2 % from local co-investors; 3.2% from foreign investors; and 4.5% from other forms.
