Can Albin Kurti fire as prime minister, Agim Veliun as minister? Here's what the deal says.

Albin Kurti is expected to be voted into the new prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo in the deputies of Vetevendosje, LDK, by non-Serb minorities and perhaps even Serb minorities. While yesterday, Kurti's main opponent from LDK, Agim Veliu, was nominated by his party at the most important government ministry based on the harmonised programme between the two parties, the one of Internal Affairs.
But can Kurt download it? Agim Veliu, or any of the ministers, Mr. Prime Minister or Ministers coming from the LDK?
The answer to this question comes from the published agreement on co-government between these two parties, writes Periscope.
It's exactly the paragraph that talks about the “Emination and dismissal of members of the Government and officials/other troops that are appointed and downloaded by the Government”.
At this point we get the obvious answer to the question: No. Kurt can't even download Mr. Veliu and no minister or other government officials from the LDK ranks.
Deputy prime ministers, ministers and deputy ministers are nominated by the president of the political subject with which the coalition agreement has been made. The same could be dismissed by the prime minister in consultation with the president of the political subject with which the coalition agreement has been made, given a rationale that the president of the political subject with which the coalition agreement has been made. The same goes for all other appointees from the government.” says it.
So, from this point on, it might be said that Mr. Kurti cannot dismiss any ministers, deputy prime minister or deputy minister from LDK even if any of them abuse power.

That leaves Mr. Kurt as prime minister with partial powers because the other power entirely belongs to Mr. Mustafa. /Periscope
