Albin Kurti chooses Germany as partner for dialogue, not the United States

Kurt apparently does not prefer Washington's choice, which envisions a quick solution, with negotiations being held under US President Donald Trump's supervision.
President Trump's special envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Richard Green, criticised Prime Minister Kurti very sharply last night, saying he is making a very serious mistake, which is not completely removing the tax.
But the European Union came up with a completely opposite response to the American representative. The EU welcomed Kurt's move, saying it is eager to co-operate with him.
The failure of the international community seems to have created uncertainty in the ruling coalition, where the LDK is positioned with America, until Kurti with the European Union.
The European Union, meanwhile, has welcomed this Kurt decision. Peter Stano, spokesman for the European Union for Foreign Policy and Security High Representative Josep Borrell, has said that “this step could have a positive effect on restoring regional trade and would provide an opening for the resumption of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina facilitated by the European Union”.
“Trust must be returned urgently. Serbia and Kosovo must create a favourable environment for dialogue to resume, to benefit both sides”, Peter Stano has said, and has added that High Representative Josep Borrell is willing to serve as a facilitator in dialogue, on behalf of the EU.
On the other hand, Germany has seen it as a first step towards the full removal of the 100 per cent tax imposed by Kosovo for Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. /Lajmi.net/
