So said infected Valbon Krasniqi, under which in just one month, there are up to 12 cases of patients placing them in chronic therapy.
“Zaconally within a month we have about 10 to 12 cases that put them into chronic therapy so on average, like from January last year, and so far we've put some 105-106 new patients for the first time into chronic hepatitis therapy B”, he said.
Krasniqi further shows that in the long-term therapy for the treatment of Hepatitis B, there are about 270-280 cases. While treating patients with Hepatit C, according to Krasniqi is smaller.
“actually in long-term therapy for several years we have close to 270-280 patients we're treating from chronic hepatitis B, while the number of hepatitis C is smaller”, Krasniqi stressed for EO.
According to the infection, the risk in patients is presented when Hepatitis remains for life.
“Rrestic is presented in those cases when hepatitis remains chronic for life, and that happens at between 4 and 5 percent of cases and then it requires a much more complex and long-term treatment”, Krasniqi said. However, Krasniqi shows that to get patients into therapy, they must meet certain criteria. One of them is that the virus caused liver damage. “To be introduced into chronic treatment therapy for hepatitis B or C must meet certain criteria or some conditions should be at a certain stage of the disease a certain amount of the virus in the organism and have caused liver damage”, he indicated. According to him, there's a number of patients with Hepati, since there's already greater awareness to test. There's a greater awareness of patients to test and take care of their health and then we can normally expect an increase in number. Normally, even when there is therapy, then patients are more aware that they have to go and get the therapy”, said infected Krasniqi. Hepatitis is largely manifested by eyelids, fatigue, sluggishness, loss of appetite, gravity, or pain where liver is located and with a change in the color of urine.
