Xhavit Haliti doesn't exclude PDK coalition Vetevendosje

In an interview with Periscope, Xhavit Haliti of The PDK says that in the future political parties should not have red lines because this, according to him, would enable a government that ends the mandate. Haliti has not ruled out a PDK-Vetevendosje coalition while commenting on the latter's polls, [...]
The Constitutional Court's decision on the validity of Etem Arifi's vote completely changed the political parties' game, where the whole fight held about the president's post has now returned to the prime minister's.
Races between parties on who will be the first in this election have already started even through polls, where recently the VVA's Besnik Bislimi has introduced one that brings out Vetevendosje with 55 MPs.
So the survey by Mr. Bislimi has reacted to officials from other parties, while Periscopi today has asked Xhavit Halit of the PDK how he comments this survey and the situation created after the Constitutional decision.
In a brief interview, Mr. Haliti, has said the PDK can also draw a poll that puts his party at 75%. Meanwhile, Haliti has not denied a future coalition PDK Vetevendosje.

Periscope: Would it be the right coalition? PDK-VV for a stable government?
Xhavit Haliti: For me stable and interested governments for Kosovo, it would be a great, powerful and responsible coalition that builds state policies, not neighbourhood policies, not party policies, and not individual politics, that is necessary other things are of no importance. I don't believe it can form a pre-election coalition between V V- The PDK, but I believe in the accountability of people who love the country and want to move it forward and not record it the way it has been in the last 5-6 years, but to give a push to the regulation of the state, that means that there are no red lines but there are differences in programmes, and unifications in programmes, making state policy for governance is very important”
Periscope: How did you comment on the latest survey published by VVA?
Xhavit Haliti: We can do a poll and get ourselves 75%, but I believe the polls he did. The NDI, which has made these independent institutions unimpressed and don't do polls for electorates are more reliable, I don't know the reality of how the polls are in this situation but we will fight to first realise the interests of the state, citizens and that would have to be important for all of us then who wins if they achieve the coalition is well, if not those who win should be responsible for the government in Kosovo.
Periscope: Which is the position of the editor The PDK, in this political situation but also in terms of the presidential position in the not-so- distant future?
Xhavit Haliti: The PDK has not changed its stance, because there is no reason to change its position, I think the president will have to be elected, the day Kosovo's budget is to be adopted in parliament, before parliament is distributed, but I understand that this idea of mine will not come up in expressions for reasons that it is now known to be the electoral campaign, but it would necessarily have to be the empowered president who would use it for its authority for political stability<0>
Periscope: After all the special situation and so far in the Constitutional decision, how does Xhavit Haliti view dialogue with Serbia?
Xhavit Haliti: I think dialogue should continue without interruption until an election is reached, but the positioning of both sides so firmly, is impossible to bring these talks forward in construction of interstate reports, and Kosovo's accession by Serbia. I think that Kosovo under these circumstances, if Serbia says I do not accept Kosovo on any occasion, and the speaker makes the same statement, I don't know why we should talk at the end of the day.
Periscope: The government Hoti after Xhavit Halit...?
We've seen the government with a lot of press conferences, we've seen lawyers become doctors, opposites, and they've expressed thoughts about each other's problems, and I haven't seen anything since I've been given a boost to Kosovo development. I don't leave Avdullah Hoti guilty after all because there's so much opportunity, so much power, and I believe that the people will judge whether they should leave the land in the hands of the disabled in the hand of the untrustworthy to advance the land.. /Besarta Hoti/ Periscope.
