Kosovo Hydromethorological Institute (IHK) predicts that New Year's morning there will be stable and snowless weather. The minimum temperatures for the entire week will be moving between -1 or 0 to 4 degrees Celsius, while the day's temperature is set to move between 4-11 degrees Celsius.

As it adds, recent weekend rains have softened little water shortages in artificial lakes.

Clouds are also expected in the days following January. It will blow mainly from the southwest at 1-12m/s speed.
