Even though the session was scheduled to begin at 11: 00 p.m., half an hour late and there are very few deputies in the Kosovo Assembly Hall.
This is the first time MPs have chosen to be delayed, or not to be present at the hearings at all, but that no doubt this vote is of great importance to Kosovo citizens.
Otherwise last week, the head of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Arben Gashi, has indicated last week that the plenary session has been called at the request of more than 40 deputies.
The Democratic League of Kosovo wants the budget approved before holding new parliamentary elections, as the Constitution decided MP Etem Arifi's vote on electing the Hoti government in June was invalid.
Calls for voting of the budget and international agreements to MPs have also made incumbent Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti and LDK GP chief Arben Gashi.
Meanwhile, the Democratic Party of Kosovo has indicated it will vote for the adoption of the budget.
It should be commemorated that last December 26th of last year in the Parliament were held constitutional sessions and the current legislature, and a year later, exactly today MPs are gathering for perhaps the last time to vote next year's 2021 budget
