If you read the recent response of Isa Mustaf for the Council of Europe Report, you easily notice a familiar kind of narrative.
He says that the report is motivated by the ideological rival bloc, and that is why he will announce the internationalised ideological bloc that he belongs to.
It says that the reason for the collapse of the Government was the damage to the report with the powerful ally of orientation.

Otherwise, a European Parliament's Foreign Policy Committee study published this month regarding the role and impact of false news in the Western Balkans 2018-2020 reveals disinformative and anti-dezinative media patterns in relation to public opinion, which have largely influenced the change of course and public opinion, even with government collapses.
The study on dezinformation in the Western Balkans says dezinformation is a wandering and widespread part of politics throughout the region, without exception.
And this report has reacted to Isa Mustafa, who has said manipulative material commissioned as “Study” for drafting false news from the Foreign Policy Committee of The EP as far as Kosovo is concerned appears to be a pamphlet full of prejudices and lies and complex their inferiority towards the US.
The one lacking this pamphlet is to introduce itself to European parliamentarians lying that the LDK and its leader Isa Mustafa are exhibitors of violence, meanwhile LVV, peaceful and democratic parties with European and Euro-Atlantic orientation.
