VV deputies attack their critic: Commission admits list of members of the Jurisprudence Testing List

The Commission for Legislation, Mandate, Imunite, Framework Rule and the supervision of the Anti-Corruption Agency has reviewed the government's proposal of decision with the membership candidates and vice-members of the Commission for Providing Jurisprudence Test. MP Visar Hoti in the quality of the task force's chairman for reviewing members and deputy members for the Jurisprudence Proving said [...]

MP Visar Hoti in the quality of the working group's leader for reviewing members and deputy members for the Jurisprudence Proving, said some candidates do not meet the criteria for those positions.

“U reviewed membership candidates and deputy members. Some of the candidates do not meet the conditions for these” positions.

Mahir Tutuul's “Dastri Pallasca does not meet the conditions that require 12 years of experience in the field of justice”.

VV deputy Alban Hyseni said Pallaska has had another case in court, so it also needs to be sought clarification by institutions.

“Palaska has a case that has been indicted earlier and it is good to seek clarification from the relevant” institutions.

We remember Dastid Pallaska was a major critic of Vetevendosje and the attacks on him should be taken in reserve.

PDK MP Evgeni Thaci-Dragusha said on the other hand that this group does not meet the requirements and must not be approved in the Assembly.

“We have received all documentation coming from the Government on our Commission. We've appreciated each of the candidates according to what they've brought for us”.

“There has been a long CV of this kind with half a page. I think this group proposed by the Government should be found to fail to meet the requirements and not be approved in the Assembly”.

The commission's chairman, Rock Manaj, has proposed that the justice minister be invited, to be found for candidates so that it can be given the opportunity to withdraw these proposals and bring other proposals, EO reports.

Mahir Tutuul's “Dastri Pallasca does not meet conditions because they have 12 years of work experience”.

And VV deputy Dimal Basha has proposed that a letter to the minister is originally sent.
