In an interview for Radio Television of Serbia (RTS), Vuciq said “is not sure whether Pristina wants to implement something from the dialogue, due to internal reasons”.

Kosovo and Serbia are officially involved in the dialogue process for normalising the reports, mediated by the European Union, but that a meeting at the level of leaders, scheduled to be held in late September, has been repeatedly postponed, under the argument of “deadlocking from the pandemic”. But, the Corleone pandemic has not prevented the meeting of October 29th, of Kosovo and Serbia delegation chiefs Skender Hyseni and Petar Petkovic in Brussels, where they have discussed resolving financial claims and property issues between the two countries.

In addition to dialogue in Brussels, Kosovo and Serbia on 4 September have signed in Washington, in the presence of US President Donald Trump, an agreement to normalise economic reports.

After the November 3rd elections in the US, and the victory of democratic candidate Joe Biden, many experts have raised questions about the fate of this agreement.

But, Vuciq said Serbia respects this agreement despite the change of American administration.

He reiterated that “has good personal reports with Biden”, but according to him, “would be better for Serbia if the current US administration remains”.

Vuciq announced that tomorrow (December 4th) will speak to US National Security Adviser Robert O'Brien, and that he believed he would be able to meet Joe Biden in the first half of next year. /
