Vjosa Osmani drowned in Vyosa!

“It's a ventilator to the venti” it's a popular dibrane expression for a haughty, witty person who likes himself, so it's a fruitless tree, which I don't know what the world is around, and therefore it breaks down and down, making fun of society. This expression reminded me of these days by attending the official visit of Kosovo Parliament Speaker and incumbent President Vjosa Osmani to Albania.

She made a noisy and provocative trip to our capital, invited by Republika President Ilir Meta. Its agenda was broad, initiated by the two high bids temporarily owned in its country. Kosovo's high personal visits have been and are always welcome, and so does Albanian leaders in Kosovo. But the visit into question and the messages that he conveyed caused many waters to flow, and many souls grieved from here and there.

Who is Vjosa Osmani? A 38-year-old politician, deputy in the Kosovo Assembly in three mandates as representative of the Democratic League, she was disfellowshipped from her party as soon as she took up the post of Speaker of the Parliament, because she started to “conflicts” politically, supporting the adventures of failed Prime Minister Albin Kurti. So she immediately positioned beside the loser and his historically unfulfilled ambitions. So tied up with Kurti that on his last visit to Tirana, it was nothing but Albin Kurti wearing a dress.

Accidentally, by Mr Hashim Thaci's imposed resignation for the reasons known, it temporarily exercises the role of the country's president until a new president from Parliament (in Albania, according to the Constitution, is not allowed to be elected president without turning 40. )

During the visit here, with no ethical points and diplomacy, Osmani unveiled its unlimited ambitions when he took on to severely criticise the policy of the Republic of Albania towards Kosovo, testifying not only to the unique megallon but also to the full ignorance of issues he tried to make. She was invited by Ilir Meta and, as such, knew his appetites on charges and insults against Albania's government and Prime Minister Edi Rama. But instead of standing “on the parties”, as it was supposed to be, it appeared as an ajamie, with a very low political and diplomatic profile in meetings and public statements.

Mrs. Osmani's political ignorance was first seen in her request (with a willingness to order) that Albania's Parliament adopt a resolution condemning Serb crimes in Kosovo. There's still our Parliament, so let Miss Osmani think about this! Albania's Assembly has adopted a resolution on Kosovo since 1991, when it called for recognition of its independence, proclaimed on July 2nd of the year before, although then no one in the world accepted that independence. Mrs. Osmani was then an eight-year-old girl who was snooping with her jacket sleeve, so she doesn't know that. But there has been a dozen other resolutions in Kosovo's ongoing years in defence, especially at the time of the war for independence there, which Mrs. Osman is not pardoned not to know when presented as Kosovo President in Albania. Albania's story begins for him, when Mrs. Osmani became president (temporary).

Albania's Albanian people received with sacrifice and generosity, at a difficult time for them, six hundred thousand Kosovo Albanians in the days of war and the bad news there. He has asked nothing of Kosovo. On the other hand, however, she could not even accept insults from her high - ranking representatives, who are not known when the mouse had been forced to flee from the tyrannical barbarians at that time.

Ms. Osmani expressed himself against the Balkan Schengen, when this initiative has now been welcomed and promoted by major Albanian allies: The United States and the European Union. In the agreement signed in Washington a few months ago in the presence of US President Trump from Kosovo's prime minister and Serbia's president, the importance of regional co-operation is particularly highlighted. The United States and the European Union have taken over to finance many major projects under the Western Balkan countries' initiative. Only the <x0-letalbanes” of the Balkans, where Mrs. Osmani apparently does not accept this.

The Albanian Inter-Conjection Line Kosovo, funded by the German government and blocked by Serbia for several years without being hired, has been able to start operating under this Balkan initiative. The government of the Republic of Albania has decided to grant Kosovo territorial space for the construction of the hydropower plant for its needs. Regional co-operation is thus bearing fruit. At the time of communism 60 per cent of the foreign trade of the Republic of Albania was done with former Yugoslav because there were two neighbouring countries. Albanian Serbia exports are still increasing steadily. Only Vjosa Osmani and her associates around the border oppose this co-operation, when Kosovo itself does most of the foreign trade with Serbia.

Ms. Osmani and some politicians there want an isolated Kosovo from Europe and the world, because only then will they feel a quiet passport in their backyard surrounded by rods, like it became in straw. For several years Kosovo has been losing its prestige in the international arena because of its Ottoman-type politicians. Even the visa regime that is not being lifted for Kosovars is, among other things, the result of some of the obcurant positions of some politicians there.

The freshest example of this is now with the election of the new president of the Republic. Despite the major problems they have both within and outside the country and which are vital to the people, political parties there are failing to elect a new non-party president, but want all to become presidents, thus showing extreme ruling disabilities. This is leading the country to early parliamentary elections in the winter and pandemic period, when elections were held just a few months ago. Part of these political messes is President “adolente” in office and Kosovo Assembly Speaker Mrs. Osmani.

The lady in question came here and asked us to remove the National Road fee. This road has so far consumed 1.4 billion euros from the taxes of Albanians of the Republic of Albania, and yet has not been brought to the bottom. It is built on loans taken from the Albanian government, and this loan continues to be paid. The government has made it clear that the money paid by the road fee will be invested but on the road that has not yet been completed. Me, who am from Saranda and who have never gone on the new road to Kosovo, I don't know why I have to keep paying for what only Kosovars or mainly use. Ms. Osmani met and was sent to press conferences with Albanian opposition leader Lulzim Basha, placing “ammising” so on the ones he has done against the leaders of the U. C. K's. But she knows very well that it was this very side that has filled the slander files against Kosovo's war leaders for allegedly “organ trafficking” and who are now lying in The Hague prison. Albania's Parliament, without waiting for Mrs. Osmani's “callat”, has set up an investigative group on these charges, an investigation that will show opinion here and in Kosovo who led its leaders to The Hague. But Osman does not care about their imprisonment; rather, she only cares about her career ambitions.

All European countries have closed the borders due to pandemics, while Albania is keeping them open with neighbouring countries, precisely because Albanians live in them who need to communicate with their mother country. However, during its three-day stroll through Tirana, Osmani took no time to say a word of thanks to the Albanian government on behalf of citizens trying to represent.

For these highly diplomatic and ethical positions held by her in Albania, Mrs. Osmani fully deserved the boycott of Prime Minister Edi Rama during her speech at Albania's Parliament. Vjosa Osmani “called on the” in Tirana, and this show of its turkey on the eve of the new year, did not deserve much more.

During her three-day stay through Tirana, she issued an oka of pussy, temporarily polluting the atmosphere here with her godmothers. After three months, with the conduct of new parliamentary elections and the election of Kosovo president, Osman will no longer be a nobody, but a cartoon memory of a part of the short-term Kosovo politicians today. However, the cartoon of this visit to Albania will be long remembered because it is unprecedented. So let Vjosa drown in Vyosa.
