A 4.4-magnitude earthquake hit Ragusa area in Sicily. The quake was strongly felt in Syracuse, Catania, and between Lycata (Agrigento) and Gelas (Caltanissta), but also in Palermo.
Firefighters informed through Titter that there was no distress call or reported damage.
Even in the search conducted by the Department of Civil Protection, no injuries or injuries were found after the shock.
