Old Android and iPhone devices will not support the latest version of the app, forcing users to change their mobile operating system or buy a new smartphone.
Any iPhone that doesn't run version 9 or younger, or any phone that doesn't run at least 4:0.3 will not be able to open a Facebook-owned app.
That means all iPhone models up to iPhone 4 will not be able to support whatsap.
iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5S, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S have all come to market iOS 9, but users can still update the operating system if they haven't yet.
Most of the two billion users of WhatsApp worldwide will not be affected by the change, although it will likely include several million people worldwide.
Android phones that will lose WhatsApp's program include Samsung Galaxy S2, HTC Desir and LG Optimus Black.
You can see what program your mobile phone uses by checking the quality section. For iPhone users, this can be found in general-general-alteration software updates.
Phones that will lose whatsapp support on January 1, 2021:
iPhone 1-4
Samsung Galaxy S2

Motors Droid Razr
Every Android released before 2010
