Trust will pay you 5 to 7 days after the 10% withdrawal application.

He has said the transfer of tools to the citizens' accounts depends on how much time it takes to authorize the means from the bank in the citizens' accounts, but he does not expect delays.

“We can inform as long as we make payment. But we cannot respond correctly how long the bank takes to authorize the means to go into their accounts. We're currently designing that the first payments will take place within 5 to 7 days, from the moment the application is carried out payments for those contributors and the means will be handed to you into bank”.

Demi, explaining how to apply for these tools, has said the whole procedure will be done online, and it won't be complicated.

The withdrawal of 10 per cent from the Trust will only be online via the internet starting on December 11th from 1500. There will be no need for any of them to apply physically and come to visit the brain office, but through their equipment and using the internet they can apply”.

“Procedures are simple and all it takes is the personal number of contributors that apply to the active bank account in Kosovo, and these are the two necessary information for application”.

He added that in order to facilitate the application, they have created a new web site, where they have avoided all the difficulties on the old website.

Demi added that they have prepared a new website (www. trust10.org), through which the situation can be applied and managed and avoided all difficulties.

Now we have prepared a new website completely different from what has been and built with our capacities which we can manage according to the needs we have and I believe we have avoided nearly all the difficulties that have been on the old platform. We have increased influx of incoming citizens. We have also prepared tracts to inform where to look for applications. Those tracts have been given portals to access, and what information is required to supplement them. This service will also be through television in the coming days to enable all contributors to inform”, Demi said.

According to him, the law envisions contributors having four months to apply for the withdrawal of 10 per cent from the trust that falls until April 6, 2021.

The “Law envisions that since the 4 months entry into force, contributors will have time to apply for the withdrawal of 10 percent of the brain due to April 6th 2021 is the last date for application after this date that they will not be able to apply for the withdrawal of 10 percent”.

The Economic Recovery Law, which allows the withdrawal of 10 per cent from the Trust, has been adopted in the Kosovo Assembly on December 4th. This law also envisions refuelling government vehicles for all those that have savings of up to 10,000 euros.
