Congress had forwarded the bill to the bill, which largely defines the policy for the Department of Defence at the Trump table earlier this month, reports ATS.
He had until today to decide whether he would veto the bipartisan bill or make it a law.
President rejected The NDAA due to a plan to reappointed military bases, named after the leaders of the Confederata, the coalition of pro-slave states during the Civil War.
Trump also rejected the demand to lift the protection from responsibility for social media companies.
Since the 1960s, The NDAA has been approved annually and no president has blocked the bill.
