I. 2 / 1 Consider the purpose of the Law for No.07/ L-016 for economic recovery, and in response to the Kosovo Banks Association, the Ministry of Justice in line with Law provisions No.04/ L-139 for The Final Procedure and Law No. 04/ L-101 for Kosovo's pension funds, the Ministry of Justice takes the position that:
