Triumf Riza's father: I'm getting a lawyer. You're coming from Enver Sekerraq.

Today, it has failed to hold the retrial hearing on the murder of Special Unit Officer Trife Riza, after missing one of the jurors.

The hearing was attended by the late policeman's father, Shefqet Riza, who appeared without the presence of a defense attorney, having been unable to find one.

Triumf Riza's father, in Info Magazine in Klan Kosova, has said he is not finding a defence lawyer in the case of his son's murder because, according to him, the same are afraid of Enver Sekiraqa's group.

"Avoccates don't like having problems with these." Some fear that some friends I know as good lawyers have refused to take their precautions. Actually, I don't even need a lawyer. What's to protect me when it's four percent known who killed my son? But who is the principal promoter? The main driver is Enver Sekiraqa”.

Whatever the court means, my immediate and extended family knows that the main crime for the murder is Enver Sekiraqa. Enver Sekiraqa has been following his group for two years to kill Triumfi and eventually paid a man”.

Riza said he contacted six lawyers to engage in the case of his son's murder, but neither of them has admitted despite the amount of money offered to take over in this case.

He added that his family continues to be threatened by, as he calls it, the Enver Sekiraqa group.

We've had threats too, but we don't fear. His group still have threats. My son still goes to work with”.

He has declared that the state should provide a lawyer for this case, until he added that his principal lawyer should be the prosecutor of the case.

The state will probably find a lawyer. But my principal lawyer must be the prosecutor. The prosecutor is the one who defends the legal line in this case, because a elite police officer who is the main pillar of state has been killed. After the assassination of Triumfi, the ambassador of Great Britain had declared that either England or anywhere in the West, the killing of a police officer is considered the murder of the entire state”.

Triumf Riza's father said he is tired of the lengthy court process.

We're tired of these processes. I personally have been in court for 13 years. This Enver Sekirafa case has been eight years. This one has been with Serbia's passport in Serbia and then England and other countries. His passport has been hidden for six years. It ends up showing up because these EULEX guys could find it and there was no place to go. These guys acted as a group because six people followed Triumph to kill”.
