The date for holding the third statuteal conference is scheduled for 14 December, at 1500.
Mustafa is the first arrested by the Special. On September 28th, he had refused to declare charges related to alleged war crimes in Kosovo.
October 28th, former chief of staff The KLA has been declared innocent of the four charges brought against it by the Special.
On November 23rd, the court has decided that Mustafa will continue custody.
