This protest comes after the discrimination made by the state expresses the unionists.
Yusuf Azemi, chairman of the Kosovo Private Sector Union, said that decision has been imposed on them.
With the presence of the heads of the association of technical and security workers, a decision was made that was imposed on us for the sake of a criminal discrimination. Since Monday, there will be a two-hour protest, from 1012 in all hospitals to Medical and Ambulant Centres, we will not perform any service. May it take those who discriminated against us as they did from 1990-99”, he said.
He has said that if their demands are not met, they will go on strike.
By the second week if you fulfill our rights we'll be on strike. Sorry about the patients. Over 30 percent of our employees are affected by Covid-19, and the State does not help but sanction them. No more prayers, only concrete steps. We have our legal right to go on strike and do our right”, Azem added.
