His initial session was postponed today at 1500, December 18, at 2: 00 p.m.
The request to postpone Haradinaj's appearance has been made by his lawyer so he can give more time to discuss the indictment with his client and prepare for the hearing.

Once the indictment was confirmed, Nasim Haradinaj was in advance to appear before Special today at 1500 hours.
On 25 September, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj were arrested by EULEX at the orders of the Special Court.
