Special Court issues with announcements about Nasim Haradinaj's session

The Hague Specialised Chambers have announced that the upcoming session for Nasim Haradinaj, deputy chairman of the KLA War Veterans Organisation, will be held on 8 January next year.

The Court's announcement says the hearing will begin by 1500.

“During the first half of the session, Mr. Haradinaj will be required to plead guilty or innocent in connection with charges brought against him in confirmed Aktakuza, in accordance with Rule 92é2) rule of Order”.

If the accused does not self-recognition in connection with guilt or innocence, the judge of the preliminary procedure makes a plea on behalf of the accused, in accordance with the rule 9250) of the Order.
