The Special Court was a necessary evil. We were able to form it ourselves or the Security Council. This court, there is an agreement the KLA is being tried, but that is not true because individuals are being tried. It's not like these individuals committed crimes because I know exactly what they did. I'm a victim of some of these people. I've been tried by some people in prison because they tried to kill me for political purposes, so I'm saying these are innocent, but the plaintiffs are in The Hague.
Asked who it is who ordered his murder, Saliha said there is no one else, citing former President Hashim Thaci and former Kosovo Assembly Speaker and SHIK Kadri Wessel.
I think there's no one else. I think Thaci and Wessel know all the officers and killers. There is no way that a structure of them will do something they will not allow. They know each case of who killed and was done with their approval”, he said.
Asked if the Special Court will not be politically affected and will judge fairly, will UCK leaders say, Saliaj responded positively.
I think so, for the simple reason nobody else had to kill LDK activists. There is no logic that Serbia has LDK activists after the war. All signs lead to SHIK and PDK structures.”, Saliaj said.
Saliaj has also said he has no knowledge that the LDK has filed any charges at the Special Court.
