Serbian judge who had sentenced Albin Kurti: William Walker must be tried

The notorious former Serbian judge of the '90s in Pristina, Danica Marinkovic, claims she can rebuild her every second of investigation for Recak. In an interview for “Novost”, it has considered the Recak massacre an anti-terrorism move on Serbia's part. “It has been a classic example of anti-terrorism, legal and legitimate action by police [...]
It has been a classic example of anti-terrorism, legal and legitimate action by our police against KLA members. In The Hague, I testified that William Walker came to invent a scenario that was the reason for the 1999 bombing. This was our success”, she said, commenting on the recent statements by former US Ambassador William Walker that Racan was the massacre of civilians for which Serbian generals and ministers from Slobodan Milosevic's government should be charged by a special court.
Marinkovic recalled that she witnessed the verdicts against Slobodan Milosevich, Sreten Luqi and Vlastimir Djordjevic at The Hague International Tribunal.
I went to The Hague with a bag full of evidence. You saved them and brought them all? He added that we should prove that Serbs were not a people who committed genocide. I testified in detail, evidence, I spoke so much that they finally told me: We don't have time, answer yes or no. They received the evidence, and Recak was not in any indictment”, Marinkovic said.
She said she regrets she couldn't meet Walker personally, who according to her must be tried.
When the investigative judge goes to the scene and collects evidence, there's nothing stronger than this. Walker's lies are short. Imagine, he shows up now, and his associate, Helen Rant, confessed what was happening in Racak, her conscience worked. Walker must be tried, sorry I never met him to say everything I have. I met his deputy, John Drenkiyevic, and he stopped me from entering Racan, threatened me with The Hague. I knew they were hiding something”, Marinkovic said.
Mariknovic was the judge who had sentenced Albin Kurti in 1999, when Kurti was part of the KLA office in Pristina, which was run by Adam Demach and where Kurti was his assistant and translator.
