Nenad Arsreq has been sentenced to 6 years in prison for the criminal work “war crimes against the civilian population”.
He is charged that on 21 May 1999, in co-ordination with other persons of Serbian police forces, unidentified so far, he had participated in the action against the Albanian civilian population, where, in the Shala family in Pristina, her members had beat and treated inhumanally, as well as participated in massive destruction of property, where they had adopted oil, cars and 200 thousand German marks hidden from this family.
