The leader of the Justice Dikaster has said that the introduction of vaccines "Pfizer" in northern Mitrovica means there is room for smuggling on Kosovo's territory.
Full response:
Public Request for Prosecutor and Police
I invite State Attorney and U.D. The Kosovo Police Director to begin investigations into the entrance of illegal vaccines to the north. Beyond our obligation to ensure the health of all our citizens indiscriminately, the Republic of Kosovo has the system of bringing vaccines through the Ministry of Health and IKSEPs. Any vaccine or drug that enters outside this system may be illegal and violate the national security of the Republic.
We do not share the privilege of who gets a vaccine sooner or later. Every citizen of the Republic is equal. The smuggling routes must be investigated and protected territorial integrity.
This developed system as humanitarian issues suggests there are smuggling routes in the north. These streets must be closed! The humanitarian issues are our guides, but they have to become official roads as two states.
We have no first or second-class citizens. We are all Kosovars, and as such we owe only one Constitution of a law.
We have unitary systems of state. Serbia's efforts to jeopardise this system, even in the health system, constitute a violation of our integrity.
