Members of the government-created task force say they have compiled the report and that it is now in the hands of the government to choose the model for reform to make in justice.
Law officials, the only solution to this problem, see the property.
Under reforms in justice, the task force initiated by the Government has completed its required report.
One of the members of this group, Genc Nimoni, says it is now in the government's power to decide which model I will choose to implement reform in justice.
The “remains the Government and the Ministry of Justice to decide what [the autoting model] will be determined”, Genc Nimoni said.
Ehat Miftaraj from the Kosovo Institute for Justice, says Veting is the only way that will bring reforms to justice.
“Absolutely that vetoing is uncompetitive. Vetting is the only way to clear the golden justice system of lack of professionalism and then even from the lack of integrity from elements already universally known to be related to politics and interest groups”, Miftaraj said.
Florent Spahija from the Kosovo Democratic Institute says the likelihood that ownership will be established in the justice system depends on the will of Kosovo governments.
“Se is likely to realise this process depends on the political will of this government, but also on the ongoing governments, as it cannot be carried out only in a mandate, but it wants a long period, and with constitutional changes and various laws” changes, Florent Spahija said.
Veting in justice is a process that serves to exclude officials who have no integrity in fulfilling the task and thus to restore public confidence in the institutions of justice.
