He wrote in a Facebook post that these tools and what comes from the diaspora are a good infusion for the country's economy.

170m euros, is the estimated amount of tools that will be deposited in citizen bank accounts within this week, following the application for the withdrawal of 10% of the means saved in the Pension Savings Trust.
Spending these means within the country plus the means that will enter the economy from diaspora's arrival are certainly the best infusion for the country's economy in this year of survival.
