Read more details from Kurt's grieving letter to the Trump administration

In former Prime Minister Albin Kurti's full letter to US vice president Mike Pence, Kurti complained that all parties in Kosovo, including that of the LDK coalition, have launched a motion for the collapse of power that the government he is leading is not enough Americans and is not listening to White House councils. On March 25th of 2020, opposition parties and parties in my coalition have initiated the no-confidence motion, under the pretext that my government was not pro-American enough, nor did it listen to White House advice. A false statement that has made many people nervous” wrote Kurt in the letter, "Go to American friend."
Kurti in the prime minister post had told Mike Pence that the Kurti government had removed the tax 100% while raising doubts that there is thus a secret agreement for exchange of territories between Kosovo and Serbia.
Also in this letter to Mike Pence, he had said that then Kosovo President Hashim Thaci had wrongly informed the American envoy in Kosovo, Richard Green.
For falling from the prime minister's position, a contractary study released by the European Parliament is also blaming the former special driver for Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Richard Green.
