From the KSF, however, health institutions continue to supply standards and needs.
Kosovo's “Clinical and University Hospital Service reports that due to increasing the number of hospitalised patients, there has been increased demand for oxygen supply, and health institutions continue to supply carbon requirements and needs”, the report states.
On the other hand, the Hospital Service says doctors are the ones who decide to transfer patients to KKUK.
“In terms of treatment of patients, doctors are professionals and have full competence to decide at which stage patients are transferred to treatment at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo, as the country's only health teccard institution”, the report said.
