The meeting between Rama and Osman is closed, while there will be no press conference.
Osmani and Rama have consistently disagreed on several issues, including the Balkan mini-Shengen, where incumbent president even yesterday, unlike the prime minister, said this project is harmful to Kosovo and Albania.
