The head of the capital, Shpend Ahmeti, has indicated that all who violate this ordinance will be fined 100 euros.
The ordinance is known to take effect from December 19th to January 3rd.
Subtitles: As every year, we signed the ordinance to ban the use of pyrotechnics in public open spaces, or squares, streets and markets. Whoever acts against this ordinance is fined in the 100 euro amount.
