Prosecutor: We handed over to Thaci's defence, Selimi, Krasniqi and Veselin 1300 materials of the indictment

The special prosecutor in The Hague, at the statute hearing which was launched at 11:45, against Hashim Thaci, Kadri Veselin, Rexhepi and Jakup Krasniqi, said they have handed in 1309 supporting materials to the indictment side.

“Procury: As for the extraction of materials, the prosecution has so far handed over protection to 1309 materials, we've made the materials, supporting the indictment. We've received witness statements, material based on 1764 documents, considering technical problems. We are conducting a detailed check-up to ensure that these technical difficulties are removed”, she has stated.

At this point, statuteic sessions are under way on the performance of the process at The Hague -- Thaci, Krasniqi, Veselin and Selimi are tied through the video at the session.
