Husband and wife, from February 2017 to November 2018 had opened a massage parlor in Calabria County Pristina.
Although some 200 feet [350 m] in the vicinity of a children's garden, the hall was used for other illegal phenomena.
M.D. and L.D. will face the tribunal after allegedly organising prostitution activities at this massage centre, in collaboration with A.B.
In the prosecution's indictment, established on November 5, 2020, which has exclusively secured Kosovo Radio Television, there is reportedly sufficient evidence for the 3 people suspected to face justice.
The M.D. and L.D. defendants in association with A.B. They've organized meetings for sex purposes with different clients. Exploiting their economic situation, as they needed work, as well as threatening them on leave, defendants other than massage services have forced workers to offer sexually charged services of 35-50 euros, at a rate of”, the prosecution's indictment reported.
The prosecution has interviewed a number of witnesses, including clients of this center who have confessed to the work there.
I've been to the actual massage parlor many times whose owners are M.D. and L.D. I have received massage services and other services from workers. Massage workers have touched my private parts, and for that I have paid extra. As long as I remember, they were under nickname K. S. And E”, witness B.B. for the Prosecutor.
This center has been exploited for prostitution, and its employees have confirmed it. They have indicated that there have been customers who have paid up to 400 euros.
“M.D has offered me several clients for sexual services in exchange for money. Some have been offered the ministry in question. M. He called me on the phone and called me in the living room. L. and M. They've always been together about arrangements. A client told me he gave 400 euros for me, while others told me they gave money for me, but without telling the amount of”, says witness V. K, employee in the living room.
The workers in question had no health certificate for massages.
My superior said I'd be paid by percentage. From a massage cost 30 euros, I would receive 10 euros. I don't have a certificate for this. During the work, customers have sought extra services. A customer has requested this service and replaced me with a masseur A. B”, points A. B, another worker.
In this case, no court hearing has yet been held, which is expected to happen soon.
In order to prevent this phenomenon -- highly esteemed -- the Kosovo Police have taken many shares.
In the mid-2019-2020s, police have opened 23 cases of prostitution, filed criminal charges against 56 people, and conducted 68 installations in massage parlors.
Concern about the function of massage centers has been ongoing in recent years, especially from neighborhood dwellers where these centers function.
