With the opening of the safe in the presidency, we are informing you that the preliminary investigations that have been made have not been found elements of criminal work”, the Prosecutor for T7 said.
President Vjosa Osmani's post had submitted the case to the police, saying someone opened the presidency's safe, and this has been unauthorized intervention as well as violation of the security protocol.
Osman had said that his adviser had found at the presidency a person who was introduced as an agent of AKI, where he was trying to open the safety safe and get documents classified as confidential.
But all these claims by Vjosa Osmani are rejecting the Kosovo Special Prosecution, where it says they have found no element that constitutes criminal acts.
