Not today has the draft budget been passed in principle for 2021 on the Board and Transfer Commission.
At the moment of voting on this draft budget, Serbian List MP Verica Cernikic abandoned the meeting and unable to decide.
While, commission managed to approve annual Radio Television Financial Report Kosovo for 2019.
While the increase in wage and rent spending, as well as interventions at the Kosovo Privatisation Agency(AKP), has been disturbing for opposition deputies during the 2019 review of the annual financial report on the Commission for Business and Transfere.
AKP member Hajzer Salihu said the AKP has spent 93 per cent of its total budget of over 8m euros.
The commission's chairman, Iron Murati, has called for account for the salary increase, under which they are also high in the AKP, and for the enormous cost of rent of 407 thousand euros a year.
MP Murati also raised concerns about increasing wage spending and increasing the number of workers.
AKP Director Valon Tolaj, responding to MP Murati, said that even today the AKP needs additional staff, while in terms of rent pay, he stressed that the AKP pays rent for 11 locations in Kosovo.
MP Ylleza Hoti from the VV has called for answers to the increase in Internet spending of over 11,000 euros.
Valon Tolaj said the increase in spending or price has not occurred by the AKP, but is appointed by the Central Procuration Authority(AQP).
While AAK deputy Gazmend Abrashi has praised the management and board for saving the budget around 800 thousand euros.
However, he expressed concern for the AKP's offices, as he said inadequately, on a property under which the Pristina municipality.
Abrashi demanded from the management the course of the privatisation process and the number of un privatised assets.
Tolaj said throughout 2020, The AKP has not developed its privatisation process activity as a result of the Government's decision at the beginning of the year to halt privatisation.
“As far as offices in the AKP are concerned, there are no conditions for work. Those barracks are just not offices. I believe that within the next two months we will be placed in a new location on the former Renaissance target. The number of unsold assets is 700 objects and 30,000 parcels”, he said.
While LDK deputy Fatmir Rexhepi has supported the AKP's financial report.
The number of officials employed in the AKP is 257, including the board of eight members.
After a nearly two-hour discussion, the Commission has voted the AKP's financial report.
