The policeman ripped off his 19-year-old head in Mitrovica, because he was out during the curfew.

A 19-year-old with St. B It's bloody because he's been hit with wounds and bruises in his head by a police officer today in Mitrovica, at the Icemulator Lake.

The whole event occurred when around 5:00 (early morning), four fray boys were stopped by two police officials at Mitrovica's Accumulating Lake and were instructed to go home because it was still <x0 police service”.

Four young men who had spent the night near a fire at this lake, since they had not found transportation to return home after 7:00, say they had heard police instructions and were on their way back.

But shortly after that, one official has begun to exercise physical violence on them. The victim of blood says he obeyed the police, but despite that he struck him.

We've turned off the fire and we're headed home and then we're past about 20 meters, one of them has asked us to run. Right after that, he started kicking at us, so he started kicking at one of my friends in the back, the other in the leg, and then he pulled out the metal rod, and he hit me in the left leg, and when he was hitting me, I told him not to hit me, and after that, he went on with a couple of shots to his head, with a metal rod, which caused my wound and started bleeding.<x1.

The boy says that although bleeding, the police left him on the street. He says he went to the emergency and then was escorted to the station by the same cop who allegedly beat him where he was held until 11:00.
