Statements of the president's taskman Vjosa Osmani's office to participate in the election with a new electoral list have commented to politicalologist Ramush Tahiri, who has said Osman does not have enough time to form a new party, as there are legal procedures that must be passed.
Tahiri has said of Kosova Prees, that the only chance she will participate in the elections at this time is through the formation of a civic initiative, where after the elections she can make parties, as well as other parties.
To create a new party for the elections to be held, I don't believe there's time and I don't think it can be created because of the legal obligation, to keep the Assembly, to give up status, to leave documents, to be sent to the CEC, to prove that it's a bit difficult and it can't happen, but I don't think it can, as a civic initiative, as did Vetevendosje, it could. Civic initiative, sends it to the CEC and registers it as a political subject, goes to elections and later partyed, but for that there is no time if elections are held within two to three months”, Tahiri said.
Tahiri has said it remains to be seen by Vjosa Osmani's platform that he will manage to create divisions from the LDK and Vetevendosje, but also have a rationale for the electorate as to why he is separated from the LDK and offered with Vetevendosje.
“How much Vjosa Osmani will make the split from the LDK and Vetevendosje is seen in the platform of her programme presenting the election, depending on that vote taken, conditionally, does Vjosa Osmani get the votes as the LDK's side, or as the real LDK, because there should be a reason why it is separating from the LDK and why it is approaching Vetevendosje, because while in LDK they were the contender with Vetevendosje<1>, he says.
While saying that if this goes with a list of its own, and if it passes the threshold, it will do damage only to Vetevendosje and LDK in electorates, because votes from other parties, it will not be able to get.
“Vyosa Osmani with this context can harm Vetevendosje, by taking part of the electorate, but can also harm the LDK, or both by little. because Vyosa can't get PDK voters, nor the Alliance, that's why these two get their votes, depending on what concept they build, one gets more or less votes, if you pass the threshold”, Tahiri said.
Tahiri has said that all of this depends on the layer which Vjosa intends to receive votes, as well as on MPs who will join Vjosa Osman, in the event they form its own parties.
