Oliver Ivanov's murder hearing postponed

The reason for the postponement of the session is to avoid procedural violations, since it has not been clarified by defence lawyers as to who represents accused Rade Basara.

Otherwise, charged in this case are Marko Rossic, Silvana Arsovic, Zarko Jovanovic, Nedeljko Spasojevicq, Rade Basara and Dragisa Markovik.

As leaders of the criminal group, however, Milan Radovicu and Zvonko Veselinovic are charged.

Oliver Ivanov, who since the end of the war in Kosovo, has been among the most important politicians where he has faced a court process on charges of his role in killing Albanians in wartime, was killed on January 16th 2018 prior to his party's target in northern Mitrovica.
